• I, hereby, declare that the particulars given above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief.
• I hereby declare that I shall abide by the rules and regulations and all the latest amendments and decisions of the AICFB as the case may be and co-operate with the officials and representatives of AICFB.
• I hereby agree that incase any information turns out to be fraudulent; it shall be the sole discretion of AICFB to provide this information to its committee or any regulatory authority which may include but not be limited to investigating agencies for appropriate action.
• I do further agree that it shall be discretion of AICFB to share any of the information provided by me to any authority/body/organization and/or media for any purpose deemed fit and proper by AICFB and I indemnify them from any liability for breach of privacy or any other provisions of law that may arise on account of the said information being shared by AICFB. • I agree to participate in all the events either suggested by AICFB or wherein I have got selected through any of the selection procedures to represent my District / State / Country / AICFB or any other organization, etc by the AICFB
• I hereby declare that I am not a member of any other National level chess organization for the blind and not involved in any manner whatsoever in the activities of the organization of a similar nature. I agree that if I am found to be a part of such other organization or involved in their working, the AICFB will be at discretion to terminate my membership and put such penalties, punishment or ban as deemed fit by them under the facts and circumstances of the case.
• I hereby declare that I will not participate in any un-authorized tournament/championship for chess. I also declare that it is my responsibility to check with AICFB that a particular tournament that I am interested to play is an authorized tournament so as to avoid being in breach of the aforesaid declaration.
• I declare that AICFB shall not be responsible for any mishap or damage that may happen to me or my property during my participation in the tournaments conducted, collaborated or authorized by AICFB.
• I further declare that AICFB shall also not be liable for any mishap or damage that may happen to me or my property during my participation in any tournaments for which I may be sent to represent District / State / Country / AICFB or any other organization, etc by the AICFB.
• I agree that I shall endorse, promote and propagate any institution/organization/company/individual from whom AICFB would have received sponsorship/aid/donation for promotion and betterment of blind chess while representing in any tournament if selected and sent by AICFB.  I declare that I understand that this may include but not be limited to wearing/exhibiting/using any merchandise given by the sponsors, talking about them in media, etc.
• I also authorize AICFB and its partner organizations to send all relevant information to my registered details through SMS, E-mail, WhatsApp, or any other social and networking platform.  

I agree to all the clauses given above and the guidelines of AICFB. I will fulfill all my commitments and remain loyal to AICFB. If I am found in breach of any of the terms and conditions mentioned herein above or guilty of not following the rules of AICFB that may be issued from time to time, I shall be liable for any action/punishment as deemed fit by AICFB and I shall abide by the decision of AICFB. 

I declare that I have read and understood all the terms and conditions mentioned here as well as the rules and regulations of AICFB and are agreeing to them without any reservations whatsoever with our free will.

I declare that in case I am a minor my lawful guardian has read and understood and made me to understand all the rules and regulations of AICFB and the terms and conditions mentioned here and I on the advice and consent of my legal guardian are agreeing to them without any reservations whatsoever with our free will.
